ClearBurst Labels
ClearBurst labels are a patented scent sampling device that deliver encapsulated oils held between 2 layers of film substrate. When the consumer peels back the top ply, it ruptures the microcapsules delivering an accurate rendition of your fragrance. There is no pre-scent until the label is opened. ClearBurst labels can be sampled multiple times as the encapsulation heals itself and the ply is resealed. Unopened, the fragrance has a shelf life of at least one year. The USPS has approved use of ClearBurst labels for mailing, without incurring postal surcharges.
Scents-able Coatings
Scents-able Coatings embeds essential oils into the fibers of the paper prior to the printing production. Our coatings can be applied to almost any uncoated paper in almost any weight. There is no activation required by the consumer. The embedded oils slowly emit the scent by process of evaporation. Scents-able Coatings can be printed using our recommended UV print production process. This unique media can be die cut, embossed and stamped like any normal uncoated paper. These applications will not affect the scent rendition once manufacturing and curing is complete.
Sixth Scents – Scent Barrier Envelopes
Our Scent Barrier envelopes keep all scented products “fresh” until received and opened by the consumer. Our Scent Barrier envelopes meet all USPS automated mailing requirements. If produced with square flaps all weights are automatically insertable, but can also be produced with pointed flaps for a more traditional look. Available in 60#, 70#, 80#, and 100# text weights, we also offer custom printing of your logo or graphics on the Scent Barrier envelopes.
Olfaprint Paper
Our Olfaprint paper embeds your essential oils into the fibers of the paper during the manufacturing process. There is no activation needed by the consumer. The essential oils that have been embedded into the paper fiber slowly emit your scent rendition by the process of evaporation. Olfaprint is available in 9 and 11 Pt uncoated cover with 30%, 50%, or 100% post consumer recycled content. This unique media can be printed, die cut, embossed and stamped like any normal uncoated paper. These applications will not affect the scent rendition once manufacturing and curing is complete.
Scratch and Sniff labels
Scratch and Sniff labels are an inexpensive mass scent delivery device that can be combined with printed art and copy around the scratch and sniff area that you specify. There are virtually no limitations to the application and use of this product. Scratch and Sniff is NOT approved for mailing on any postcard product. The oils are released when the microcapsules containing the scent oils are broken by touch or scratching.
Scented Varnish and Scratch & Sniff
We offer both scratch & sniff and scented varnish products which are printed spots of scent that need to be activated by touch to release their scent.
Traditional Fragrance Strips
Paper samplers that are used as magazine and catalog inserts, bind-ins, blow-ins, statement enclosures, and remittance envelopes where a paper flap is pulled back to release the scent.
